Jacob Dickey

Jacob Dickey was most recently seen on Broadway in Stephen Sondheim's Old Friends opposite Broadway Legends Bernadette Peters and Lea Salonga. Prior to Old Friends, he was part of the 2022 Tony-winning revival of Company and later led the production on its first national tour as Andy, the flight attendant. In 2017, he made his Broadway debut in Aladdin to then take over the titular role on tour, stepping in for Adam Jacobs. Some of his favorite credits include the US premiere of The Prince of Egypt as Moses (Tuacahn Center for the Arts), Natasha, Pierre, & the Great Comet of 1812 as Dolokhov (Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera), and Emojiland the Musical as Sunny (Off-Broadway at The Duke on 42nd St). You can hear him on the original cast recording of Emojiland.

Jacob's concert work recently made the international leap as he performed alongside fellow Broadway and West End stars in Theatre Orb's New Years Gala Concert in Tokyo, Japan. He has also performed as a guest soloist in Jack Everly's Leading Men of Broadway with both the Kansas City Symphony Orchestra as well as the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. He is a frequent performer at 54 Below and Green Room 42 in NYC and has had the great honor of premiering some of Stephen Schwartz's new works at The Slipper Room accompanied by Mr. Schwartz's himself.

Jacob is a proud graduate of James Madison University in his home state, Virginia. When he is not performing, he's coaching young artists in theatre performance. For more information (and lots of dog pics), follow him on Instagram @js_dickey.
